Hello!

I’m Drew Hendrickson. I’m a design, research, and creative director building human-centered experiences at RSM.

In early 2020, I joined Andculture, and set about building an empathetic team to create great experiences based in insight and understanding. Then, in 2022, RSM acquired Andculture as its founding Human-Centered Design Practice, and we were given the opportunity to introduce our way of working to a broader range of opportunities and collaborators than ever before.

This exciting journey has been a chance for me to connect a greater depth of understanding about the way people live and work to my passion for meaningful and beautiful brand experiences.
